In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Gratique Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Gratique Store, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
  • Product is Damaged- during transit
  • Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
  • Product is Not as described on the website
  • Order is Delayed for over 5 days
  • Returns of items shipped from gratiquestore.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:

  • If you have crossed 15 day return window.
  • If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.
  • And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Please note, Gratique initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.

It will take us a maximum of 5 - 10 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
